An eight-point deficit entering the locker room was doubled by the third quarter and the Vikings dropped their season-opener to the Ravens on Friday night to begin the Robbie Dailey era.
Freddy Solis scored the lone touchdown of the night on a 46-yard scamper. He only finished with five carries, but Kyle Brockway added 14 for 52 yards and Austin Isom chipped in 32. Dailey’s goal is to get at least a split between shooting and writing.
Perhaps as soon as next week when Mossyrock (10-0) hosts RSB in Week 2.
“Effort is gonna show up and in these types of games, that’s what we’re looking for,” Dailey said. “Just keep spreading the ball around. Lots of good things we saw.”
