Brock Bowers was as advertised in his rookie season, but his sophomore campaign is off to a rough start.
The Las Vegas Raiders tight end exited Sunday’s contest against the New England Patriots with a knee injury in the fourth quarter.
It would be a tough blow to a Raiders’ offense that desperately needs their star to be on the field. He exited with five catches for 103 yards against the Patriots.
Here is the latest on Bowers.
Brock Bowers injury update
Bowers is officially listed questionable to return with a knee injury.
The tight end is a fixture in the Raiders’ passing attack, meaning any absence would be difficult for the team to overcome.
Without him, Michael Mayer figures to be the top option in the tight end room.
