The Washington Spirit are back in the semifinals, and their home match at Audi Field sold out in record time—just three days.
Last year, the Spirit sold out “Rowdy Audi” for the semifinals in just 72 hours. This year, it took only 62 hours, breaking the club record.
The match is the club’s fourth consecutive playoff sellout and their sixth sellout in the past 17 months.
The Spirit will play the Portland Thorns FC at noon Eastern Time on Saturday, November 15.
The winner of the match will advance to the Championship in San Jose on November 22.
