Broncos vs. Colts: Wednesday practice participation report

The Denver Broncos will hit the road in Week 2 to take on the Indianapolis Colts. Both teams are 1-0 after last week and have a few guys nursing some injuries. A 2-0 start would be huge for either squad, so expect a competitive game on Sunday.

For the Broncos, tight end Evan Engram is limited with a calf injury. However, all eyes are on Dre Greenlaw’s debut in the orange and blue. He was a non-participant again today, so that does not bode well for this week.

“Nothing to update you on,’’ Head Coach Sean Payton said of Greenlaw. “Progress is going well.”

The other guy to keep track of is defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers who is nursing a knee injury. He played a lot in the win over the Titans, so hopefully this is more of a veteran rest type day on the injury report.

On the Colts side, they have a couple of cornerbacks on the non-participant list. Everyone else was either a full go or limited.
