PHILADELPHIA − For the second straight game, Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson is leaving with a foot injury.
Against Green Bay on Nov. 10, Johnson left with an ankle injury in the first quarter. He returned late in the fourth quarter and finished out the game.
Against the Lions on Nov. 16, Johnson left in the first quarter with the foot injury. He was listed as questionable to return.

Fred Johnson is replacing Lane Johnson. Fred Johnson was used on several plays early on as a sixth offensive lineman. With Fred Johnson at right tackle, Matt Pryor was used as a sixth offensive lineman.
Lane Johnson is a perennial Pro Bowl player and considered one of the top right tackles in the NFL.
Four of the five Eagles offensive linemen were on the injury report during the week. The only one who was not was left tackle Jordan Mailata.
Center Cam Jurgens returned against the Lions after missing two games with a knee injury.
