The Cleveland Browns have an injury concern with quarterback Dillon Gabriel in the third quarter of the Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Gabriel exited the game versus the Ravens as he’s being evaluated for a head injury in the third quarter and has now been replaced by fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders, who is making his NFL debut after not taking a snap since the preseason.
