The Miami Dolphins ruled out just five players against the Washington Commanders, although that includes starting cornerback Rasul Douglas.
Douglas missed last week as well due to a foot/ankle injury and the team turned to JuJu Brents in his absence. The Dolphins will likely do the same against a Commanders offense that is currently without its top receiver, Terry McLaurin.
Also out of action for the Dolphins is returner Dee Eskridge due to a shoulder injury.
Not on the list of inactives is pass rusher Bradley Chubb, who was questionable due to a foot injury that limited him in practice Friday.
Here are all five Miami players who aren’t playing Sunday against the Commanders:
- QB Quinn Ewers (emergency third quarterback)
- CB Rasul Douglas
- LB Andre Carter II
- WR Dee Eskridge
- TE Julian Hill
Washington will be without several important players, including its starting quarterback. Here are all seven ruled out by the Commanders:
- QB Jayden Daniels
- WR Treylon Burks
- WR Terry McLaurin
- LB Ale Kaho
- OT Trent Scott
- OT George Fant
- TE Ben Sinnott
