NFL Week 11 power rankings: New No. 1, Packers take a fall

Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season is in the books. It was capped off by a strange game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers, who each came into the week as top-10 teams on our power rankings. With the way that game ended, it is hard to keep either of them at as high a regard.

Around the rest of the league, there have been upsets all over the place. Every time any team seems to be gaining some steam, something happens where they have to go back to the drawing board.

For example, last week’s number one, the Buffalo Bills, was beaten by the Miami Dolphins, who have consistently been in the bottom three this year. That game is sure to have an impact on the Week 11 rankings. This is how it all shakes out with the contenders, teams to watch, and organizations more focused on the draft:

The Contenders

1. Los Angeles Rams (Last Week: 3)

2. Philadelphia Eagles (Last Week: 2)

3. Seattle Seahawks (Last Week: 8)

4. Detroit Lions (Last Week: 6)

5. New England Patriots (Last Week: 7)

6. Indianapolis Colts (Last Week: 5)

7. Denver Broncos (Last Week: 9)

8. Los Angeles Chargers (Last Week: 12)

9. Buffalo Bills (Last Week: 1)

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Last Week: 4)

11. San Francisco 49ers (Last Week: 11)

12. Kansas City Chiefs (Last Week: 13)

A new week, a new team atop the power rankings. Right now, it is hard to argue against the Los Angeles Rams as the top team in the league. They are in a fight with the Seattle Seahawks, who come in at No. 3, for the top spot in the NFC West, and the winner may have a first-round bye.

All of the contenders this year, including the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, have flaws that keep them from pulling away. Every time you think one of them is about to, they lose a game to a significantly worse team. The Buffalo Bills fall from 1 to 9 for that exact reason. In most weeks, they look like a Super Bowl contender. In some, however, they lose to bad teams. Last week’s defeat at the hands of the Miami Dolphins was inexcusable.

Teams To Watch

13. Green Bay Packers (Last Week: 10)

14. Chicago Bears (Last Week: 14)

15. Baltimore Ravens (Last Week: 20)

16. Jacksonville Jaguars (Last Week: 16)

17. Atlanta Falcons (Last Week: 19)

18. Pittsburgh Steelers (Last Week: 17)

19. Minnesota Vikings (Last Week: 15)

20. Carolina Panthers (Last Week: 18)

21. Washington Commanders (Last Week: 21)

22. Houston Texans (Last Week: 24)

This tier is a bit bigger than it has been in recent weeks. The teams near the bottom of the tier are hanging on for dear life in the standings, while the teams at the top all have major flaws that keep them from achieving that elite status.

The San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers have rosters worthy of being Super Bowl contenders, but they have a little bit more work to do before anyone actually thinks they have a chance. For the Chicago Bears, they are continuing to stay steady after two straight wins. Both of them were of the “miracle” variety, but wins are wins in the NFL. At 6-3, they are staying affloat in the NFC North.

A Lot To Prove

23. Dallas Cowboys (Last Week: 22)

24. Arizona Cardinals (Last Week: 23)

25. Las Vegas Raiders (Last Week: 25)

26. New York Giants (Last Week: 26)

27. Cincinnati Bengals (Last Week: 27)

28. Miami Dolphins (Last Week: 30)

29. New Orleans Saints (Last Week: 31)

30. Tennessee Titans (Last Week: 28)

31. New York Jets (Last Week: 32)

32. Cleveland Browns (Last Week: 29)

In this tier, we have close games against one another, coaches being fired, and teams pulling off upsets in every week. The only thing that is certain in the NFL is that nothing is certain. By the end of the season, all 10 of these teams will have more of a focus on the 2026 NFL Draft. Nobody will be surprised if any of them end up with top-five picks.
