Paraguay Eyes Delaying Deficit Target to Pay $1 Billion Debts to Suppliers

Paraguay’s government may have to delay meeting its fiscal deficit target as it gradually starts to repay at least $1 billion of recurring debts owed to pharmaceutical and construction suppliers, Finance Minister Oscar Lovera said in an interview.
