Russian talk show host Vladimir Solovyov has sparked a diplomatic incident after he levied a stream of personal insults at Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Italy has summoned the Russian Ambassador to the foreign ministry because of the comments. CNN’s Clare Sebastian reports.
