Lena Dunham’s new memoir, “Famesick,” has already provided some of the week’s juiciest gossip. But unlike earlier days, when her TV show “Girls” and first memoir made her a lightning rod, she says she isn’t interested in following any of it. “Now I am delighted for people to forget about me,” she told CNN.
“Famesick” explores Dunham’s experience with chronic illness and A-list celebrity, including her relationships with Jack Antonoff and Adam Driver, as well as some of her bigger controversies. “Generating headlines is certainly not my interest, but I also know that it’s a side effect,” she said. “The fact is that I’m not going to see most of them.”
